Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Ray-i Systems, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All custom software, AI agents, and deliverables developed for client projects are transferred to the client upon full payment as specified in individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs).

3. Limitation of Liability

Ray-i Systems provides engineering services with industry-standard quality assurance. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from third-party API outages or platform dependencies.

4. Governing Law
